Bimbo's Bitchin' Burrito Kitchen is located on Pine Street in the heart of Capitol Hill. Prepare yourself for loud indie rock, funny Mexican Wrestler black velvet kitsch, and freshly fabricated burritos that are indeed clearly labeled and clearly bitchin'. Made with especially fine ingredients by tattooed Star Children who seem to be so cool about everything they're volunteers, these things are nearly the size of a small infant. The food and the fun have earned Bimbo's a reputation among locals as a place to count on and revisit: like a good neighbor, Bimbo's is there. And for you, too!

Bimbo's success has enabled owner Wade Weigel to create an adjoining bar area, the awesome Cha-Cha Lounge. The Cha-Cha, designed and styled with the same sense of fun and attention to decade-blending detail, has a sort of low-ceilinged port city cantina quality, a cigarette haze that smacks of instant history. And the music is always perfect, Adam Ant one minute, Modest Mouse the next. The drinks are served up with a knowing wink.
